Mr. Stephens is President and founder of Warren Capital Corporation, a twenty year-old specialty finance company that provides equipment financing and asset-based lending services. Prior to founding Warren Capital in 1984, Mr. Stephens held various senior executive positions with Wheelabrator Frye, Inc. from 1972 to 1984, including Corporate Vice President and Treasurer, President of Wheelabrator Financial Corporation, President and CEO of Trailmobile Finance Company, a Wheelabrator subsidiary. Mr. Stephens began his business career at Chase Manhattan Bank where he advanced to the position of Second Vice President. Mr. Stephens serves on the Board of Directors of Fisher Scientific International, Inc., and is a member of the Advisory Board of Sonoma National Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in economics and also holds an MBA in finance from Stanford University. |
