Clay W. Hamlin III is a founder of the Company and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. From the Company’s founding in 1997 until 2005 he served as the Chief Executive Officer. A resident of Philadelphia for over 35 years Mr. Hamlin has been active in the real estate business for 25 years. As managing partner of The Shidler Group’s mid-Atlantic region from 1989 to 1997 he acquired and developed over $2 billion of commercial real estate properties and participated in the creation of three publicly traded real estate investment trusts. Mr. Hamlin is an attorney and a CPA and holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Temple University Law School. He served as a Lieutenant J.G. in the United States Navy. He is a Trustee of TractManager LLC Nichols School and the National Prostate Cancer Coalition a member of the University of Pennsylvania Tennis Hall of Fame and serves on the Athletics Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania. |
