Clay M. Biddinger is the chairman of Bay4 Capital, LLC and Bay4 Capital Partners, Inc. Clay has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry including experience as an entrepreneur, founder, chairman, and Chief Executive officer of Sun Financial Group, Inc. (Sun).
While independent, Sun was among Inc. 500's fastest growing private companies four times between 1986-1990, and was merged into GATX Capital Corporation (GATX) in 1995, a $6 billion financial services company with an emphasis in equipment leasing and financing.
A past recipient of the Florida Entrepreneur of the Year award and the founding chairman of the Florida Chapter of the Council of Growing Companies, Clay serves on the board of directors of Florida Banks, Inc., a publicly-traded commercial bank; Petrocom, a Houston-based telecommunications company, the Council of Growing Companies; and various charitable and community non-profit organizations.
