Claus Dieter Hoffmann was Chief Financial Officer of Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany until his retirement in 2002. He was appointed to the Supervisory Board in April 2003. Mr. Hoffmann is managing partner of H+H Senior Advisors in Stuttgart, which gives strategic advice to family-owned companies.
