Claudine Tremblay, Corporate Secretary. Ms. Tremblay has been Corporate Secretary of Sun Media Corporation since September 30, 2001 and is also currently Senior Director, Corporate Secretariat of Quebecor Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc. Ms. Tremblay has been Assistant Secretary of Quebecor Media Inc. since its inception and Secretary of its Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. She has been Assistant Secretary of Quebecor Inc. since August 1987. Since December 2004, Ms. Tremblay serves as Corporate Secretary of TVA Group Inc. and of Videotron Ltd since November 2006. She also serves as either Secretary or Assistant Secretary of various subsidiaries of Quebecor Inc. Ms. Tremblay was Assistant Secretary and Administrative Assistant at the National Bank of Canada from 1979 to 1987. She has also been a member of the Chambre des Notaires du Quebec since 1977. |
