Claudia Huttner is a member of our public contract and construction group. She brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of complex construction and commercial litigation. Her practice is focused on construction defect matters, delay and productivity claims, commercial contract disputes, real property disputes, inverse condemnation and bankruptcy.
Claudia received her B.A., with academic distinction, in behavioral science and law in 1979 and her J.D. in 1984, both from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has been practicing law in the Bay Area for more than 20 years. |
