Description of Practice:
Claudia Gutierrez is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office where she is a member of the real estate practice group. Ms. Gutierrez's real estate practice concentrates on the sale, leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial, residential and real properties, and her land use practice focuses on managing the entitlement process, including overseeing technical consultants and negotiating with governmental agencies and officials. Ms. Gutierrez is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Mexican American Bar Association and the Urban Land Institute.
Educational History:
Ms. Gutierrez received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2002, where she was a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College in 1999. |
