Ms. Saffar is an associate in Brown Rudnick's Corporate Group. She advises clients in a variety of general corporate matters, concentrating her practice on distressed debt and claims trading.
Ms. Saffar has international experience, having worked at Clifford Chance in London and as a French "avocat" at Jeantet + Associes in Paris. It is at Jeantet + Associes in 1996 that she became involved in the drafting and negotiating of contracts for the purchase and sale of distressed debt relating to the Euro Disney and Eurotunnel credit facilities. She then joined Mandel, Katz, Manna & Brosnan in New York in 2002, where she represented major investment banks in distressed debt and par/near par transactions.
Ms. Saffar is fluent in French.
