Claudia J. Colalillo is senior vice president human resources and corporate communications for Nicor Inc. and Nicor Gas. Ms. Colalillo's career began with Nicor in September of 1998 as vice president human resources.
Ms. Colalillo earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1971 and a Human Resource Management Masters certificate from Northern Illinois University in 1997. Other accomplishments include an Executive Development Leadership Certificate earned in 1995 from the Aspen Institute and completion as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) in 1993 from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
Ms. Colalillo is a member of the American Gas Association and serves on its Human Resources Policy Committee. She formerly served as president on the board of directors for Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) and formerly served as vice president. She is also a member of their Senior Executive Round Table. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a past state director and has served on the Area III board of directors for SHRM. Ms. Colalillo is a member of the Human Resources Association of Greater Oak Brook as well as a past president, receiving the Association's first Human Resource Professional of the Year in 1993. Ms. Colalillo also serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Aurora University. |
