Ms. Bobadilla was elected to the Board in April 2006. She is CEO of Fundación País Digital, a member of the Executive Committee of Innovation and Technology of ICARE, council member of Endeavor Chile and Executive Director of the Chile-Japón Siglo XXI Committee. She was also founder and President of Comunidad Mujer, an organization dedicated to incrementing women participation in the workforce. She was previously Director of Legal Affairs at Terra Networks Chile S.A. Between 2003 and 2005 she was an external consultant to companies in matters regarding work and family and was a manager of the alliance between the private sector and the Ministry of Education regarding quality certification of nursery schools and day care centers. She is a lawyer form the Universidad Diego Portales.
