Mr. Ballard has served as a Director of the Company since the completion of its initial public offering and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominating/Corporate Governance Committees of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ballard has served as a general partner, limited partner and senior consultant of Goldman Sachs & Co. and as a Senior Vice President in the real estate division of the Prudential Insurance Company of America. He is currently a Director of Quapaw Council, Boy Scouts of America, Horizon Hotel Corp. and Research Solutions, Inc. Mr. Ballard is a member of the Board of Directors of St. Vincent's Infirmary, Little Rock, Arkansas. |
