Clark Grant has been the Controller at Famous Dave’s of America, Inc. since April 2004 and most recently was promoted to Vice President of Finance in January 2006. Prior to Famous Dave’s, Mr. Grant worked on special projects at Granite City Food and Brewery from January 2003 to March 2004 and at Buffets, Inc. from 1984 to 2002. Clark began his career at Buffets as the Controller in 1984. He was subsequently promoted to Treasurer in May of 1986, Vice President of Finance in January 1991, Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration in December 1994, and Senior Vice President in March 1998. From 1977 to 1984, Clark held a variety of positions with Pizza Ventures, Inc., Godfather’s Pizza Franchises, and Pizza Hut. |
