Clark Jernigan has served as a member of Staktek’s board of directors since 2003. He has been a principal at Austin Ventures since 2001, focusing on investments in the semiconductor industry. Before joining Austin Ventures, Mr. Jernigan held various positions with Cirrus Logic, Inc., most recently as vice president of new business development. He serves on the board of directors of registered mutual fund investment management companies and privately held companies. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, an MS in electrical engineering from Rice University, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. |
