Clark E. He joined the firm in 1994. Experience Clark specializes in assisting healthcare plans and their sponsors succeed in a volatile environment. Trained as an actuary, most of his projects involve using his actuarial perspective to solve practical business problems. Clark has extensive experience in helping large employers and multi-employer plans evaluate, fund, and manage medical plan costs and retiree health insurance liabilities. He assists organizations of all sizes in the areas of plan design, health cost projection, consumer-directed plans, liability valuation, experience analysis, risk analysis, utilization benchmarking, plan administration, network evaluation, provider reimbursement, medical management, and strategic planning. Clark’s clients include public and private sponsors of health benefit programs, insurance companies, HMOs, PPOs, and other healthcare organizations across the United States.
