Ms. Eidnes joined Beacon Hill in the Twin cities on October 31, 2007 to direct Beacon Hill Legal in the Minneapolis marketplace. She has been a major force in the local legal staffing market for almost two decades, providing temporary attorneys to both firms and corporations covering large scale document reviews to high level attorney requirements within various areas of substantive legal expertise, as well as placing attorneys and paralegals on a direct (permanent) basis. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Eidnes opened, and managed, the first legal staffing company in the Twin Cities to provide document review project work where she quickly became known as a top provider of contract and temporary attorneys. Ms. Eidnes began her career as a litigator within a law firm in Denver and also worked in-house on a long-term temporary basis managing litigation for an insurance company in Connecticut. She is very active in the local legal community, currently serving as a co-chair for the Professional Development Committee of Minnesota Women Lawyers and as a member of the MN-ACC Career Management Committee. Ms. Eidnes received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and a JD from Stanford Law School. *Unfortunately, Ms. Eidnes’ former employer was acquired by the global conglomerate Kelly Services (Kelly Law Registry) which sought and won injunction relief against her for her decision to join another legal staffing firm. As such Ms. Eidnes is temporarily prohibited from working for any competitor of Kelly, in any capacity or discipline, in the Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Scott, Carver, Washington, Stearns and Blue Earth counties of Minnesota. Further, she may not solicit or perform services for any Kelly customer and client or prospective Kelly customer and client. |
