Cindy has years of dedicated customer service to the clients of our organization and has achieved the position of Office Manager and Supervisor of the Personal Lines department. Her duties include oversight of all aspects of its operations, but in particular she ensures that customer service standards are maintained at the highest levels possible. She has a real desire to see that each opportunity to assist a customer is completed to their satisfaction and that others who work under her strive for that same standard. Her extensive background in insurance, coupled with her experience as a mother of four gives her insight to the complex issues facing families today.
