Cindy, a native of Rankin County, graduated from Belhaven College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Business Administration minor. During her senior year at Belhaven, Cindy served as president of the Accounting Club and won the 2006 Achievement in Accounting Award. Previously an office manager for a local life insurance agency, as well as a nonprofit organization, Cindy’s responsibilities included policy service, underwriting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, preparation of federal and state payroll return, annual budget preparation, and administering federal grants for contract compliance. Cindy and her husband, Barry, reside in Richland. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys listening to music, reading, drawing, and playing with her boxer, Caesar. Cindy is also involved in MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Driving. |
