Cindy brings more than eight years of retained executive search experience, most recently with Korn/Ferry International, where she spent over five years in their retail, consumer products and finance practices. Prior to Korn/Ferry, she spent three years with the boutique retail recruiting firm of Plummer & Associates. Cindy specializes in recruiting officer-level executives for department store, specialty retail, restaurant and venture capital concepts. Cindy began her career Caldor, Inc., starting in the company's executive training program, later holding several merchandising positions within the company. Cindy graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in business administration.
