Cindy Almond is partner and vice president of client services at PFSweb, Inc. Her responsibilities include the maintenance and growth of all existing client relationships, including those for companies such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Xerox and Lancôme. Almond also manages PFSweb’s U.S. call centers in Plano, Texas and Memphis. She was named vice president in 2001.
In 1999, Almond transferred from Daisytek International to PFSweb as director of account management where she developed quality-service initiatives, account profitability and standardization of practices throughout the PFSweb account management organization.
From 1991 through 1999, Almond held various posts in the Daisytek marketing and product management organizations, and she also acted as director of the largest branch of Daisytek sales. Cindy graduated from the University of Kansas in 1990. |
