Cindy P. Crotty is executive vice president and commercial banking segment head for Key Community Banking. She is responsible for the creation and development of all strategies surrounding Key's commercial banking segment which includes companies privately owned and publicly traded.
Previously she served as national director of the Key Private Bank providing banking investments and fiduciary services to high net worth individuals and their families and maintains offices throughout the KeyCorp franchise and Florida.
Crotty began her career at KeyCorp in 1995 as a senior managing director of Key Business Advisory Services (KBAS) a group of businesses which provided investment banking and corporate wealth transfer services to privately held middle market business owners. Cindy's leadership responsibilities also included middle market activities for the Northeast Ohio Commercial Banking group as well as Asset Based Lending and National Media Finance groups.
Prior to joining KeyCorp Crotty was vice president and manager of The Citibank Private Bank in Cleveland where she was responsible for providing wealth management products and services to high net worth individuals their families and businesses. She joined Citibank in 1981 as an auditor and held jobs of increasing importance. In 1988 she became vice president and manager of Citibank's Leveraged Finance Group in Cleveland where she and her group were responsible for originating structuring underwriting and managing a portfolio of highly leveraged transactions.
Crotty received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Georgia. She has also completed the Key Executive Experience at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University as well as several credit marketing and investment courses through Citibank. She has her National Association of Security Dealer (FINRA) licenses in series 7 63 and 24.
Crotty is a director on the Board of Directors at Beech Brook and VNA Healthcare Partners of Ohio and serves on the Finance Committee at St. Ann's Church. She is actively involved in mentoring within Key and has been recognized as YMCA Woman of Professional Excellence. She served as the 2005 campaign chair for KeyBank's United Way campaign in Cuyahoga County. |
