Cindy E. Horton, QuantRx Vice President-Diagnostics, joined the Company in August 2005 from Applied Biotech, Inc., where she was national sales manager. At Applied Biotech, an Inverness Medical Innovations Company, and Applied Biotech’s predecessor, Forefront Diagnostics, Mrs. Horton earlier directed sales to private-label customers of both point-of-care products for drugs-of-abuse, and professional point-of-care products related to women’s health and infectious disease.
Mrs. Horton has developed and launched numerous diagnostics testing devices. At QuantRx she is responsible for new technology assessments, acquisitions, and business development.
