Cindy C. Redding joined Mosaic as our Vice President, Human Resources in July 2007. Previously, Ms. Redding was Vice President, Human Resources for MDU Resources Group, Inc., a $5 billion diversified energy and natural resources company, and served as a member of its executive management team. Ms. Redding has over 27 years of international and domestic human resources experience in varied industries including energy, health care and packaging. Prior to MDU Resources, Ms. Redding worked for bp Amoco, Abbott Laboratories and Sonoco Products Company. She holds a bachelors degree in finance from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, Texas and a masters degree in human resources management from Houston Baptist University, Houston, Texas. |
