Cindy B. Taylor joined the Board of Directors in May 2006. Cindy Taylor is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Oil States International, Inc. Mrs. Taylor was elected to the office of President in May 2006. Mrs. Taylor formerly served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Oil States, a position that she held since May 2000. In 2005, Oil States was ranked #9 in Forbes Magazine's Top 100 Best Mid-Cap Stocks. From 1992 to 1999, Mrs. Taylor was the Vice President and Controller of Cliffs Drilling Company, a publicly traded drilling contractor. Prior to working with these public energy companies, Mrs. Taylor held various staff and management positions in public accounting from 1984 to 1992 when she joined Cliffs Drilling Company. During her tenure at Cliffs Drilling, the Company was named to Fortune Magazine's 100 fastest growing companies for two consecutive years, ranking at #18 in 1997 and #7 in 1998.
