Having founded two market-leading companies and led a third, Chuck Williams is ideally qualified to ensure that MetaLINCS stays in the vanguard of legal technology for e-discovery. Williams was president of InQuira, a market and technology leader in the natural language search and self-service space. Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of Brightware. At Brightware, he created the first eCRM packaged offering, pioneered web self-service, and led the company to the forefront of the email customer service market. He also founded Inference, which became a publicly traded company. While there, he created the first commercial artificial intelligence products and brought the first customer service problem resolution application to market. He received a BS in computer science from the University of Southern California, and a MS in information and computer science from the University of California, Irvine. |
