Chuck Timpe is a senior financial executive with more than 30 years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Hythiam Timpe was CFO of Protocare Inc. a clinical research and pharmaceutical outsourcing company that merged with Radiant Research Inc. creating the country's largest clinical research site management organization. Timpe has served as Treasurer and Corporate Controller for American Medical International (now Tenet Healthcare) and a Senior Audit Manager in the Arthur Andersen healthcare practice. He also founded two healthcare industry management consulting firms. Timpe currently serves as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for IPC - The Hospitalist Company a physician specialty practice business. He has served on the boards of a medical group a community hospital and an open MRI facility. |
