Mr. Sweeney leads Sales & Marketing for Alpheus Data Services. In this role, Mr. Sweeney defines the retail market strategy for data center and network services, and leads product development, product management and retail sales efforts for enterprise customer acquisition at Alpheus. He has been in the telecommunications industry for 24 years in a variety of its market segments. Most recently, he served Time Warner Cable as Regional Vice President, Business Solutions for the Texas region. Prior to that, he served nine years with Williams Communications Group in several leadership roles including Vice President of Network Sales for its Communications Solutions division, and Director of Data Services Product Marketing for its Network Services division. Chuck also has experience in the CLEC and Managed Services segments of the telecommunications industry with companies including ICG Communications, Brooks Fiber Communications, and NetSolve, Inc., where he held various sales and sales management positions. Mr. Sweeney moved to Texas from Ohio in 1976 to attend college and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St. Mary's University of San Antonio. |
