Chuck Oyler is RecycleBank's Northeast General Manager and is responsible for developing business relationships with government entities and solid waste and recycling companies in the northeastern part of the United States. He is also responsible for the operational aspects of launching and monitoring the RecycleBank program as partnerships are established. He has worked in both the public and private sectors. For twenty one years he was the Director of Public Works of two suburban Philadelphia townships that collected their own municipal waste and recyclables. In between his serving the two communities, for ten years, he was a recycling manager, business development manager, marketing manager and project manager for a large national solid waste and recycling company. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has served on many boards and advisory committees associated with the recycling industry including the Pennsylvania Resources Council and the City of Philadelphia and Montgomery County Solid Waste Advisory Committees. |
