Mr. McLendon currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Beck Disaster Recovery. He has nearly 17 years of experience in the consulting engineering business, most of which has been spent in the disaster recovery and solid waste management fields. Mr. McLendon served as Project Manager for BDR’s assistance to Escambia County and the City of Pensacola following Hurricane Ivan. As a Florida native, Mr. McLendon has worked extensively with a variety of public and private sector clients in disaster recovery planning and execution. He is experienced in all aspects of disaster planning and recovery including mobilizing response teams, permitting Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction sites (TDSRS), public information and call center operations, database management and invoice reconciliation. He also provides private property Right-of-Entry administration, hazard mitigation planning, waterways clean-up and beach remediation services. Recent clients with whom Mr. McLendon has been directly involved include: Counties of Santa Rosa, Escambia, and Lake and the Cities of Pensacola, Boca Raton, Miramar, Ft.
