Chuck McAtee was named Vice President of Information Technology (IT) in May 2005 and named Chief Information Officer (CIO) in January 2006. He joined Itron in July 2004 as IT Director of the Electricity Metering business. Before joining Itron McAtee was Director of IT for Schlumberger Electricity Metering in charge of operations in the US Canada Mexico France and Taiwan. He spent 18 years with Schlumberger serving in numerous roles including IT Operations Manager North America for Schlumberger Resource Management Services (RMS) which included the water electric and gas businesses. During his time with RMS he helped lead the standardization and implementation of common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across the company. In addition to his management experience he has served in various technical roles related to applications development system architecture database administration and system integration. McAtee received a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Business Administration from Clemson University. |
