Charles Chuck Kreiger provides leadership and direction regarding general business operations, information technology, and client services along with managing the Client and Customer Service Center in Jacksonville, FL. He is also responsible for overseeing the delivery of products and services to customers, including the conception, development, function, and maintenance of systems to support workflow productivity. Mr. Kreiger has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of operations, customer service, and financial services. Prior to joining FSV, Mr. Kreiger worked for CitiStreet where he served two years as Executive Vice President. He was responsible for providing shared services support to all clients and directing all vendor management functions, as well as for all internal controls and audits.
