Chuck is a Certified General Appraiser with more than 20 years of real estate finance and appraisal experience. He began his career as a loan officer in 1977, moving on to managing a data service for appraisers, then managing an appraisal department and, finally, owning his appraisal firm from 1989 to 2001. Over the course of his career, he developed an interest in and love of teaching appraisal subjects. He has been an instructor for the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, The Appraisal Institute, Chemekata Community College, Mt. Hood Community College, Portland Community College and a number of private educational providers. Chuck is also an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor. Chuck currently resides in Lake Oswego, OR. |
