Chuck has been a member of Quad/Graphics' management team since 1985 when he joined the company's Accounting Department. Over the years, the company capitalized on Chuck's financial aptitude and business acumen for a variety of leadership roles including:
Director of Finance for QuadTech, the research and development division of Quad/Graphics. Chuck managed all financial and accounting functions, and oversaw financial planning for accelerated growth on a global scale. Today, Quad/Tech is an international leader in computerized controls for press and finishing equipment, with more than 50 products sold in 92 countries.
Manager of Business Development for Quad/Graphics. In this role, Chuck was responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's growth, including domestic acquisitions, international joint ventures, capital spending and long-range business planning.
