Chuck has more than 20 years of experience in trust, investment, retirement plan and other employee benefit programs. His role with the Nicolet National Bank team is to assist clients in both the establishment and maintenance of their employee benefit programs.
Some of the services he provides include:
Review total employer retirement plan programs
Advice on potential plan design changes
Design and coordinate employee enrollment and education initiatives
Assist in the selection and monitoring of plan investments
Establish and support plan sponsor investment policy
As an extension of our clients' human resource function, Chuck offers his experience in maximizing employee satisfaction while minimizing the cost and fiduciary exposure for the plan sponsor.
Chuck earned his Bachelor's degree from the business school at Michigan State University with an emphasis in finance. He also earned his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School of Business and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. |
