Chuck Bennett has been in the title and escrow business for over forty one years and began working with California Land Title of Marin in 1970. As a businessman and a citizen of Marin, in every aspect of his life Chuck is committed to sustaining the economic vitality of our community by creating a better life for our citizens, from kids to the elderly, and everyone in between. There is hardly a Board or Commission that Chuck is not involved with, either "full force" or in an Advisory position. In recent years, he has served and is serving as: Member CLTA Board of Directors Chairman and Director of the Northbay Family Homes Board of Directors for Suburban Alternative Land Trust MAR Governmental Relations Committee & 2006 Task Force Novato 2028 Strategic Planning Task Force Advisory Board of North Bay Children's Center In 2002, Chuck was named Novato's Citizen of the Year, and in 2006, named the Construction Industry Man of the Year by the Marin Builder's Association. Chuck works tirelessly to get the "right decisions" made and influence City, County, State and National leaders to consider the impacts of positive and negative decisions on our communities and our industry. |
