Charles "Chuck" Kenyon joined Churchill Downs Incorporated ("CDI") in April 2004 as vice president of human resources. Kenyon will be responsible for the development and implementation of the human resource strategies within CDI, as well as the coordination of human resource activities across all CDI locations.
Prior to joining CDI, Kenyon served as vice president of human resources for Midway Games in Chicago, where he was responsible for developing the human resources strategy to support the business goals. Kenyon also served as vice president of human resources for several business units of Motorola Inc., where he implemented human resources strategies that included progressive initiatives on performance management, leadership assessment, compensation and rewards, succession planning, employee development and change management.
A native of western New York, Kenyon holds a bachelor of science degree in natural science from Niagara University. |
