Chrystal Donnell is an associate in Faegre & Benson’s finance and restructuring group. As counsel to institutional lenders, Chrystal has experience structuring, documenting and negotiating various financial transactions, including asset-based and cash flow financings, senior and subordinated debt financings, and syndicated loan transactions. In addition, Chrystal has also been significantly involved in the legal representation of banks, other financial institutions, and liquidating trustees in court, both at a local and national level.
