Chrysta Castaneda has a wide range of experience in products liability, consumer class actions, public law, and intellectual property litigation. She is outside counsel to one of Texas’ largest counties on all civil liability matters and was the lead coordinating counsel in a multi-district litigation seeking in excess of $100 million in a case involving allegedly defective air bags. Ms. Castaneda’s numerous class action cases also include defense of putative statewide class actions, alleged misrepresentations regarding SUV’s, and a retail company in shareholder class action.
