Christopher Williams is Executive Vice President of Project Management for GMH Military Housing, responsible for the long term development and operations of the GMH Military Housing DoD privatization projects with a portfolio of 25,600 housing units and a construction/ development value of $3.6 billion dollars. Mr. Williams manages the partnership relationships with the Department of the Army and the Department of the Navy as well as the United States Air Force. He leads a team of experienced industry professionals in development, construction, community management, facilities, and maintenance. Mr. Williams joined GMH in 1989 and has held numerous positions within the GMH family throughout his career. |
