Chris is an active investor in several diverse businesses. He has a significant ownership interest in Click4Care and focuses on strategy and planning, as well as provides financial counsel. Chris brings to Click4Care a vast range of business and organizational skills, having served as Vice Chairman and Director of Citicorp/Citibank, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eastman Kodak Company, and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Director of Honeywell. In addition, he has held leadership positions at Chrysler Corporation, Hyatt Corporation, IC Industries, Unarco Industries, Ford Motor Company and Price Waterhouse and Co. Chris served on the boards of several public, private and non-profit companies, and is currently a director of Seminis, Inc. and UCMS Pty. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from The University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University. |
