Christopher Paisley has been a member of our Board since April 2000. Since January 2001 Mr. Paisley has served as the Dean’s Executive Professor of Accounting and Finance at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Mr. Paisley retired from his position as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of 3Com Corporation a networking products company in May 2000 after having served as an officer at 3Com since September 1985. Mr. Paisley currently serves on the board of directors of Electronics for Imaging Inc. a printing solutions provider and Equinix Inc. a provider of network-neutral data center and interconnection services. Mr. Paisley holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles. |
