Mr. Ludeman is President of Americas Brokerage for CB Richard Ellis. In this role he is responsible for the company’s largest business line, with combined revenue exceeding $1 billion. He directs the Office, Retail and Industrial practice groups. He also serves as a member of the Global Executive Board and the Americas Operations Management Board. During his nearly 25 years with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Ludeman has served in several key management roles, including President, Transaction Management and Global Corporate Services. In this role, Mr. Ludeman was responsible for all transaction units in the Americas, as well as the Corporate Services platform, including facilities management, project management, lease administration, transaction management and research and consulting. Prior to his national and international roles Mr. Ludeman served in several regional and local market leadership positions across the United States. Mr. Ludeman began his career with CB Richard Ellis as a sales trainee. As a salesperson, he was promoted frequently, and was consistently recognized among the top 5% of revenue producers worldwide. |
