A member of the firm’s Global Life Sciences Practice, Chris has a particular specialisation in serving clients in the medical devices industry. He has assisted organisations ranging from emerging to established in recruiting talent to fill roles identified as critical to global growth. Chris has collaborated with clients in attracting executives for most senior management positions, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, and key leadership posts in R&D, business development, sales, and marketing. He has also completed assignments for most functional vice presidents. Chris gained search experience while with Korn/Ferry International as a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice. A 14-year corporate career as a respected marketing and sales executive in the life sciences industry is the basis for Chris’ insightful consultation and assessment of client talent needs. His diverse track record includes tenures with major global pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, including GD Searle, Medtronic, Boston Scientific and VC backed start-up organisations.
