Christopher Cauley was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in August, 2006. He joined Direct Insite in 2005 as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Cauley brings his extensive background in business-to-business eCommerce software solutions for Fortune 500 companies to his role at Direct Insite.
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Cauley is responsible for sales, business development and the establishment of strategic partnerships and relationships. He also directs the Company’s marketing awareness and positioning initiatives.
Prior to joining Direct Insite, Mr. Cauley was Senior Manager for Sales & Business Consulting for Avolent, Inc., where he lead a team of sales consultants responsible for selling the Company’s B2B financial relationship management and electronic invoice presentment and payment internet application suite. During his tenure with Avolent, Mr. Cauley managed sales consulting strategy and closed several large contracts with Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Cauley previously worked for American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS) as a Principle Project Manager and Solutions Analyst in AMS’ Financial Services and Telecommunications Industry Groups. At AMS, he acquired in-depth knowledge of system integration and the development of financial and customer care billing systems. He applied this expertise in the simultaneous delivery of four international software releases to Telecom operators in The Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland. Mr. Cauley earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. |
