Mr. Bobb serves as the Chief Technical Officer of Celcorp. With over 27 years experience in the information technology and information integration industry, Mr. Bobb served several years at the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a visionary and steward for the future technologies and architecture of world-wide mission critical information systems under DEA’s IT renewal project known as Concorde. Mr. Bobb led DEA’s enterprise architectural team to develop architectural, engineering, data, and security guidance for Concorde projects and assisted projects in following that guidance through leading and participating in design and code reviews. Mr. Bobb’s emphasis was in driving change and best business practices into the outmoded technologies, policies and procedures and applying balanced approach and standards to the enterprise application architecture from requirements to retirement. Mr. Bobb's extensive Federal Law Enforcement background includes Intra-Agency and Inter-Agency Information Sharing, Investigative Case Management, Evidence Management, Biometric Identification, Business Intelligence applications, Geospatial applications and Business Analytic applications. |
