Christopher Bell is Shadow Financial's Senior Vice President, Client Services. He is responsible for the management and coordination of Shadow's client installations, working directly with all client business units. As such, his team writes the job specifications and manages the implementation of any needed customization.Typical projects include real time trade interfaces to exchanges and/or proprietary front-end systems, customized reports, and trade reconciliation systems. He also oversees the development teams responsible for Shadow Financial's options and derivative products. In addition to his equity and derivatives expertise, he has experience with NSCC and OCC interfaces, haircut processing and commission setup and processing. Before joining Shadow Financial, Bell worked for Salomon Smith Barney as a Business Analyst, where he served as the technical lead on the development and installation of a new customer-reporting package that allowed customers to view their statements and P&L reports over the Internet. He also worked for Shadow Financial founder Don Marino as a business analyst while at Refco. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. |
