Chris is the founder of Arnold Associates, a Boston-based executive search firm with nationwide capabilities. Arnold Associates is dedicated to serving client companies from the financial services sector. The firm covers a diverse range of functional assignments for companies ranging from small investment boutiques to Fortune 100 companies. The firm is highly focused on a quality-driven search process. In his role as Principal, Chris has responsibility for business development, contract negotiation and execution, client service, and recruitment. Chris has over 16 years of experience in recruiting/executive search. Prior to Arnold Associates, he spent 5 years as a member of a leading Boston recruiting firm that serviced a broad client base across a wide range of industries. Prior to entering the executive search business, Chris worked in corporate finance at General Foods Corporation, and he worked in Public Accounting at KPMG Peat, Marwick. Shortly after joining KPMG Peat Marwick, Chris received his CPA license. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
