Christopher W. Vincent is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Group in San Francisco. He specializes in complex commercial litigation matters in a broad range of substantive areas, including antitrust, real estate, contracts, and business torts.
Prior to joining Buchalter, Mr. Vincent participated in the United States v. Oracle Corp. (N.D. Cal 2004),trial team in which the U.S. Department of Justice sought to enjoin Oracle's takeover of PeopleSoft on antitrust grounds, and assisted in negotiating and drafting several settlement agreements. Mr. Vincent also provided pre-merger guidance and antitrust counseling to public and private clients in connection with Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and Second Request reviews.
Mr. Vincent's professional memberships include California State Bar and ABA Section of Antitrust Law.
Mr. Vincent earned his J.D. at University of Pennsylvania where he was an editor of Journal of Constitutional Law. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College. He speaks conversational French.
