Christopher Leahy is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
He joined Drinker Biddle after practicing at both Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in Washington, D.C. Christopher’s practice has included a range of adversarial and counseling matters, including complex business disputes, antitrust advice and litigation, securities litigation, internal investigations, and government enforcement defense. In addition, Christopher has experience with aspects of secured lending transactions.
Christopher received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2002, where he was a senior editor of Law Review, and his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Hamilton College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Christopher clerked for the Hon. Walter K. Stapleton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Hon. Michael M. Baylson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Christopher is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. |
