S. Christopher ("Kit") Winter's practice focuses on civil litigation, with emphasis on Internet, intellectual property and media law litigation. He also advises Internet and new media clients in strategic planning and risk management.
Mr. Winter previously served as General Counsel to the Internet subsidiaries of New Frontier Media, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOOF), including Interactive Telecom Network, Inc., an Internet service provider, data center, and domain name registrar, and Card Transactions, Inc., a credit card processing provider.
