Tax and Business Planning

Christopher S. Abrams represents clients in many aspects of business and general corporate transactions, including formation, operation, disposition, and business contractual matters. He also has experience with various tax issues relating to individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Mr. Abrams also assists clients with the negotiation of real estate sales, acquisitions and leases. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has four years of big-four public accounting consulting experience.
